Prices include use of the whole three bedrooms apartment.
Three bedrooms; two double bed rooms, one bunk bed room/ office
(all with high quality mattresses), two living rooms, large terrace
and well equipped spacious kitchen with dining table and chairs.
Trundle bed and cot available
The apartment is baby safe and non smoking. Ashtrays available
on the terrace.
One en suite bathroom WC, and one family bathroom with
double vanity sinks, bath and WC.
ADSL (Broadband), heating and all taxes and utilities are included
in the rental amount.
A full set of linen and towels when required is charged at 10
Euros per person stay
An optional cleaning service is available at the end of or during
your stay.
Bookings may start and finish on any day of the week. (minimum
stay is usually three nights).
There are three rate categories, nightly, weekly and monthly.

A security deposit of 200 Euros is paid in cash on arrival and
returned in cash on departure.
Standard arrival and departures times are as follows. When possible
these are flexible.
Arrival after 13 :00 hrs and before 20 :00 hrs
Departure after 11 :00 hours
